The TIA’M Snail & Azulene Water Essence is an essence type toner with a unique viscosity of Snail that has an ultra moisturizing and calming effect. It maintains a healthy moisture balance in the skin by boosting moisture levels and preventing the loss of water. Star ingredients betaine, allantoin, and panthenol support the moisturizing and soothing effects of snail and azulene help to reduce redness. DIRECTIONS Apply evenly to the face with cotton pad or hands. Doing a patch test before using any new product is recommended.
