DIRECTIONS -Using fingers or a brush swirl, swipe, and tap. -Swirl across lowlighter, swipe onto cheekbones, brow bone, across the bridge of the nose, and onto lips, and then tap to blend and blur. -Use under or over foundation or as a stand-alone illuminator. -Apply to clean skin or use as a blush topper. -Apply a lighter shade to turn up the low light or apply a deeper shade as a bronzer.
